Wynter bought this one for me. The hud folder is called "+chainharnessHUD."

Two attachments. Got it from Surrender Cove doing something or another.

Made by my friend Tenables. It's mod AND has a hud, although I didn't bother putting a hud in my folders because it's... y'know, mod. It's two separate attachments.
